Modern & spotless unit with a view.

Everything is really good here, had a perfectly pleasant stay for 1940's weekend. It has well decorated rooms with great view, thick curtains plus tasteful decor to feel comfortable. You can relax in restaurants and pubs nearby.

I enjoyed the place, its lovely and very very good breakfast.

I spent here 1 beautiful day and would stay here again. I had amazing food for breakfast for drinks in the sunshine. I booked a room with a very comfy bed, a dressing room, a walk in wardrobe, and a lounge area.

A classic queen room with a fantastic view has basic facilities you need. Offers excellent and unbeatable location in a very quiet area.

We spend 1 night in Lytham St Annes lovely. Staff were exceptionally attentive, room was great-sized and tastefully decorated with a view. It offered us excellent and unbeatable location really close to the bars & restaurants, the resteraunt and the square where all the bars shops and resteraunts could n't fault one thing.

The place was charming old and sophisticated and restaurant was particularly good. The classic queen room with a view had basic facilities you need. The staff was extremely helpful and very amiable and we would stay here again.

I thoroughly enjoyed beautifully decorated room, the bed was comfy. The location was magnificent and perfect, just 5 min walk from Lowther Gardens.

Overall a very pleasant stay for a short visit. A nice size and contemporary rooms, perfect views of the sea. Unbeatable, amazing location to bird watch on the estuary. Besides, easy to get to Lowther Gardens.

Clean and delightful place and the breakfast was satisfactory. Fabulous and amazing staff, super location short walk to bars restaurants and shops as well as the square. About 15 minutes walk from Lytham Hall. Wonderful unit with a view.
